Step :1 How to Order
Browse our stock and select the vehicle you wish to purchase.
Buy Now
Reserve the vehicle instantly and complete payment online or via bank transfer using the issued Proforma Invoice (=).
Request a quotation by email. Once satisfied with the price and condition, confirm your order and we will issue a Proforma Invoice (=) for payment.
Provide the vehicle reference number (e.g., 1234567) or share your preferences. Our team will assist you throughout the purchasing process.
Visit the “Local Services” section on your country/region page to find your nearest office or agent.
Step 2: Payment
Once your order has been placed, please proceed with payment promptly using one of the available payment methods
Upload a copy of your proof of payment via My Account
(My Account > Reserved > Upload Proof of Payment)
Or send the payment copy by email to JAPAN CIRCULAR TRADING
You may also view a sample Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) / Bank Wire Transfer slip for reference.
In selected countries and regions, payment can be made directly at our Local Offices. Please contact your nearest office for further details.
Step 3: Shipment
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will provide you with the shipping schedule for your order.
After the vehicle(s) have been shipped, Japan Circular Trading will prepare the original documents required for import customs clearance, including the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Delivered to your preferred address via DHL Express, or
Made available for collection at designated document centers, depending on your country or region.
You may also view a sample Bill of Lading (B/L) for reference.
For real-time updates, you can track the location of your vehicle(s) using our Cargo Arrival Prediction (CAP) tracking system.
Step 4: Delivery
Vehicle Delivery & Customs Clearance
Upon arrival at the designated destination, the vehicle(s) must be cleared through customs in accordance with local regulations. This process is generally completed through a licensed clearing agent.
For your convenience, we offer a comprehensive City Delivery Service, which includes customs clearance and delivery of your vehicle(s) to a location near your address. This service is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
