Payment Method

All payments must be made by international bank wire transfer (T/T — Telegraphic Transfer) only. Credit cards, cash, cheques, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and all other payment methods are not accepted.

Important Payment Instructions

⚠ Always verify bank account details before making any transfer.

Pay only to the accounts listed on the BANK DETAILS page of our website. JCT will never request payment to any other account.
Always include the Chassis No. (Vehicle Identification Number) or Invoice Number in the payment reference / remittance information.
After transferring, please send a copy of your bank transfer receipt to info@japancirculartrading.com or via WhatsApp so we can confirm receipt promptly.
All bank transfer charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please select “OUR” charges (or equivalent) to ensure the full invoiced amount is received in our account.
The remitter name should match the buyer name on the invoice. If paying on behalf of a company, please notify us in advance.

Currency

Invoices are issued in Japanese Yen (JPY) or US Dollars (USD), as agreed at the time of quotation and confirmed on the PI.

Payment Confirmation

JCT will confirm receipt of your payment by email or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days of the transfer clearing. Please contact us if you have not received confirmation within this timeframe.
